NEDICO Tanzania is a part of New Dimension Consulting (NEDICO) with headquarters in Harare Zimbabwe and partner offices in Namibia, Kenya and Tanzania, which forms a regional consulting firm covering East, Southern and the Horn of Africa providing advisory, consulting and programme management services in public and private sector institutions across the region.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

NEDICO supports, informs, and facilitates policy and program decision-making through the design and application of the appropriate M&E methodologies to ensure that institutions are able to provide evidence of their interventions and deliver results.

QUANTITATIVE & QUALITATIVE OPERATIONAL RESEARCH

We have more than 10 years of designing, implementing and interpreting research commissioned by clients either directly or as part of larger research projects. Much of this research is for programme development purposes and is concerned with understanding beneficiary and stakeholder needs.

PROGRAMME & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Programme/project management is one of the NEDICO’s core activities. These activities such as development of guidelines, SOPs and capacity building are essential of effective implementation of programmes and projects’ activities. This enables programmes to achieve intended outcomes and brings impact to the beneficiaries.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Strategic planning is a powerful Management and Leadership tool that can help an organization to be more focused and pro-active about its resource allocation. A Strategic Plan can assist an organization market itself more effectively to its beneficiaries, the public and its current and future funding and networking partners.
